If your withdrawal has not arrived on time, please contact us through the following methods:
- Ticket System: Submit the withdrawal amount and receiving card number (UnionPay) or receiving wallet address (stablecoin). Finance staff will respond via both the personal portal and email, prioritizing your issue;
- Email: Send to finance@xnce.com;
- Online Customer Service: Available for immediate response, but note that you will not receive subsequent notifications after leaving the chat window. We recommend using the ticket system or email for follow-up.
