How Long Does a Withdrawal Take to Arrive?

Withdrawal processing times vary by channel:

Cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC)

1. Weekdays: Applications submitted between 09:00–24:00 Beijing time typically arrive within 30 minutes;
2. Weekends and holidays: Applications submitted between 14:00–24:00 Beijing time typically arrive within 30 minutes;
3. Other hours: Applications will be processed within 30 minutes after the next service window begins;
4. Long-term compliant users: Clients with a long trading history and no violations are not restricted by the above time windows and typically receive funds within minutes.

UnionPay Withdrawal

1. Weekdays and weekends/holidays: Applications submitted between 09:00–23:59 (weekdays) / 14:00–23:59 (weekends/holidays) Beijing time typically arrive the same day;
2. Other hours: Applications will be processed in the next service window.
