How to Complete KYC Identity Verification for Your XNCE Account

Mainland China users only need their national ID card. Steps:

1. Log in at my.xnce.com
2. Click your avatar and select Verify → Upgrade
3. Upload the front and back of your ID card
4. Confirm images are clear, then click Next for facial recognition
5. Submit for review after facial recognition

Results are returned within ~10 seconds. If approved, your level upgrades from 0 to 1. If rejected, contact customer support immediately.
