To send a screenshot: After taking a screenshot, paste it directly into the chat input box using Ctrl+V (desktop) or long-press → Paste (mobile). No need to save it as a file first.
To send a file attachment: Click the + icon on the left side of the input box, select Send File, and choose the file from your device (PDF, image and other common formats are supported).
Tip: When reporting a payment issue (deposit not received, delayed withdrawal, etc.), always attach a complete screenshot of your payment receipt to help support identify and resolve your issue faster.
