The most common reason for missing system emails is that your provider's spam filter blocked them. Please follow these steps:
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder
- If you find an XNCE email there, mark the sender address as Safe Sender or Add to Whitelist to prevent future filtering
- If the folder is also empty, the email may still be in the send queue — wait 5–10 minutes and check again
If you still have not received anything after 30 minutes, contact live support and our team can resend the email.
