How Do I Complete KYC Identity Verification?

The process is simple — mainland China residents only need a national ID card. Steps:

1. Log in to the Client Portal at my.xnce.com
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Verify
3. Click Upgrade to enter the document upload page
4. Upload the front side (national emblem) of your ID card under "Proof of Identity", and the back side (photo side) under "Proof of Address"
5. Confirm both images are clear and complete, then click Next to submit

Our team will review within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, your account level will upgrade from 0 to 1, and you will receive a confirmation email.
