If you have forgotten your master password, please follow these steps to reset it through the personal portal:
- Log in at: https://my.xnce.com/zh/auth/sign-in
- Go to the "Trading Accounts" page and click on the real account you need to reset;
- Click the "Settings" icon and select "Reset Password";
- Enter a new password as prompted (requirements: at least 8 characters, must include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
After the reset, you can log in to MT5 with the new password. If you encounter any issues, please contact our live customer support for assistance.
