Please check the following items in order:
- Confirm your account number is a 6-digit number — do not enter your email address or phone number
- Confirm your password is correct and check whether Caps Lock is on. If you have failed multiple times, reset your password via the Client Portal
- Confirm your device has a working internet connection — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Check the MT5 Journal log: Invalid account means incorrect credentials; Old version means your MT5 software is outdated and must be reinstalled from the official link
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact live support with a screenshot of the error.
