MT5 Is Lagging or Quotes Are Delayed. How Do I Fix This?

Quote delays are usually caused by network routing issues between your device and our server. Switching to a lower-latency server node typically resolves this.

How to switch servers:

• Windows / Mac: Right-click the signal strength icon in the bottom-right corner of MT5 and select a server with lower latency
• Android: Tap the three-line menu (top-left) → About → press and hold the XNCE logo for about 15 seconds until you feel a vibration. This completes the server switch
• iPhone / iPad: Manual server switching is not currently supported on iOS. Try restarting the app or contact technical support
