To reset your MT5 password via the Client Portal:
- Log in to my.xnce.com
- Go to the MT5 section and locate the account whose password you want to change
- Click the Settings icon next to the account
- Select Reset Password and follow the prompts
⚠️ After the password is changed, you must manually type the new password the first time you log in to MT5 (the software will not auto-fill the old one). After one successful manual login, the new password will be saved automatically.
