What Happens to an Account That Has Been Inactive for a Long Time?

XNCE charges no monthly fees, custody fees or inactivity fees. However, to maintain a high-quality trading environment, dormant accounts are subject to the following policy:

• Live accounts: No trades for 6 consecutive months → archived (funds remain safe; contact support to reactivate at any time). Archived and inactive for another 3 years → permanently deleted
• Demo accounts: No trades for 3 consecutive months → automatically deleted (no real funds involved)
