How Do I Open an MT5 Live Trading Account?

You must complete KYC verification (account level ≥ 1) before opening a live account. Steps:

1. Log in to the Client Portal at my.xnce.com
2. Click MT5 in the left navigation bar (mobile: tap the Settings icon → MT5)
3. Click Add Account and select MT5 Basic Account for your first account. Other account types have fund requirements — apply to upgrade once you qualify
4. After creation, check your registered email for the initial password
5. Download MT5 using the link in the email, log in, and change your password immediately
