How Do I Reset My Authenticator After Losing My Device?

If your authenticator is unavailable due to a lost device, phone replacement, or accidentally deleted app, please email support@xnce.com with the following:

• Your registered email address
• Account holder's full name
• ID card number or passport number

Once identity is verified, our team will reset your authenticator within 2 business days. Note that withdrawal functionality will be temporarily suspended during the reset period for security reasons.
